When you are ready to begin working with me, I encourage you to contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. Please e-mail me at HolisticHP@gmail.com to arrange a time. My schedule is flexible and I am able to accommodate evening and weekend appointments.
My primary focus is orthomolecular in nature. This is a term coined by Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling. “Ortho” means “right,” so orthomolecular refers to supplying cells with the right amount of nutrients.
If we decide to work together, we will schedule a wellness consultation, which has two parts:
- We will meet either in person (if you are in San Diego) or via Skype or phone for approximately 90 minutes. Before we meet, I will send you some forms to fill out. During our meeting, we will review your answers together, and I will take a detailed history.
- We will then meet again within a week for another 90 minute session, where we will discuss my recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
I recommend anywhere between 2-6 follow-up consultations to make adjustments and go over any further symptoms or issues. The number of suggested follow-ups will depend upon individual needs.
I like to go slow and add supplements one at a time so we can see what works and what doesn’t. Also, as we progress, your needs for some nutrients may lessen and amounts may need to be reduced. Many people benefit from ongoing coaching sessions to monitor and adjust nutrient levels.
It is important to note that I am not anti-medicine. I understand that it is sometimes necessary to combine a variety of different therapies to achieve the best results possible. You do not need to be free from pharmaceuticals to work with me. I willingly work in conjunction with your physician as needed.
Please note that I am not a doctor and do not provide medical care. I do not diagnose, cure, or treat any diseases. My coaching services are not intended to be a substitute for qualified medical care, and I urge you to consult your doctor before stopping any prescription medications.
